Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports daily park operations by leading teams, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support frontline team members

Cashier

The Cashier is the friendly first point of contact for our guests, responsible for providing fast, accurate transactions while delivering excellent customer service in a fun, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

Court Monitor

The Court Monitor ensures a safe, fun, and well-organized play environment by supervising guests and enforcing park rules on activity courts.

Qualifications

  • Confident, clear communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Friendly but firm approach to rule enforcement
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor guests during play to ensure safety and rule compliance
  • Clearly communicate park rules and safety guidelines
  • Assist guests with questions or concerns
  • Intervene quickly in unsafe situations
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas

Go-Kart Operator

The Go-Kart Operator ensures safe and exciting race experiences by supervising the track, assisting drivers, and enforcing safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
  • Previous ride or attraction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Explain safety rules and operating instructions to guests
  • Monitor go-kart races and track conditions
  • Assist guests entering and exiting go-karts
  • Enforce height, age, and safety requirements
  • Respond quickly to track incidents or concerns

Kitchen Operator

The Kitchen Operator prepares and serves high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced food service environment.

Qualifications

Party Host

Responsibilities

  • Welcome party guests and guide them through their experience
  • Lead games, activities, and scheduled attractions
  • Coordinate with food, kitchen, and attractions teams
  • Ensure party areas are clean, prepared, and on schedule
  • Deliver a fun, engaging, and memorable guest experience

Security Guard

The Security Guard helps maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and team members throughout the park.

Qualifications

  • Strong observational and decision-making skills
  • Calm, professional, and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
  • Security training or license (if required by local regulations)
  • Prior security or law enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor park areas for safety and security concerns
  • Enforce park rules and policies calmly and professionally
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
  • Assist guests and staff during safety-related situations
  • Complete incident reports and communicate with management
