Yes every jumper must sign a liability waiver before participating. Our waivers are available on our website and at our park. Additionally, guests aged 18 and over must sign their own waiver. If you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for you.

Only the parent or legal guardian can sign a waiver for a child under 18. Fortunately, you only need to complete the waiver once, and we keep it on file for future visits. Online and in-store options are both available for your convenience. However, if you bring someone else’s child, please ensure their parents complete the waiver online on our website before your visit.

No, we do not allow outside food or drinks inside the facility. Instead, Epic Entertainment offers a cafe featuring hot dogs, pizza, pretzels, and more to keep everyone fueled throughout the day.

Absolutely we proudly offer a 10% discount to guests who present a valid military ID on our regular open Jump/Play rates. However, this discount does not apply to specials, parties, or other existing discounts.

Of course we offer guest Wi-Fi throughout the facility for all visitors!

No, we do not allow children to stay unattended at any time. A parent or guardian must remain present throughout the entire visit for anyone under 18 years of age.

While jumpers must pay general admission, we never charge non-jumpers an entry fee. Consequently, spectators can always watch and cheer completely free of charge.

Generally, we exclude any days when our local school district closes for a Holiday or Break. This includes, but is not limited to: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Spring Break, Election Day, Fourth of July, Yom Kippur, Juneteenth, Rosh Hashanah, Easter, Labor Day, Memorial Day, President’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, and Diwali. Additionally, we recommend calling prior to your visit to verify coupon eligibility.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on tickets once you complete your purchase. Therefore, we encourage you to double-check your schedule before booking.

Yes we only permit Epic branded grip socks inside the facility. Moreover, you can reuse your grip socks, so make sure to keep yours for future visits and save on your next trip!

Certainly we gladly accept Apple Pay along with other standard payment methods for your convenience!

Yes, we have both on premises for use.

Decorations cannot be taped to the wall. We do not allow confetti decoration or silly strings. We ask that all balloons must have a weighted base. We do not allow Piñatas. Any violation of these rules is subject to a $100 cleaning fee.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

We do not provide the cake, but we provide all paper goods (plates, forks, napkins and tablecloths)

Absolutely! You are welcome to dazzle your party during your allotted time, however, we do not allow objects to be hung on our walls. Upon arrival, decorations must be assembled, and balloons should be inflated with an attached weight.

Yes! We supply all paper goods to include large plates, cake plates napkins, and forks too! Additionally, our party hosts are prepared with cake cutters, and lighters.

All deposits are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your event up to one year from the original booking date. Birthday party can be rescheduled for FREE up to three days before the party. The following fees will be applied for those rescheduling less than 72 hours prior; 2 Days prior – $50, 1 Day prior – $100, Day of $150
