HOW TO BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY

BIRTHDAY PLANNING MADE EASY

Select from one of our three party-package options: Monday to Thursday Party; Friday or Sunday Party; or Saturday Party.

Pick your preferred date and time. Complete your booking, and let our team handle the rest. Once you’re booked, your epic celebration is officially on the calendar! You’ll receive a confirmation email complete with all the info you’ll need for a successful event with us.

We have printable invitations on our website or you may pick up physical invitation cards in our facility during business hours. Once your RSVPs come in, we encourage you to send us a guest list as soon as possible. All guests do require a liability waiver, which can be completed on our website prior to arrival.

Simply arrive on your event-day, check-in at our Party Check-In counter, and we’ll take care of everything from there! Show up, have fun, and celebrate big! Our team takes care of the setup, hosting and clean-up while you enjoy an unforgettable party filled with laughter, thrills and smiles.

  • Had my daughter’s birthday party for 10 kids on a Tuesday evening. It went so well! The service to get set up and checked in was seamless. Zinnia was assigned to our party. She was awesome to say the least. She assured me that she had everything covered and I could relax and spend time with my daughter and her friends. I have taken my daughter to several trampoline parks and this place is by far the best. So many things to do here. The adults and I rode the go karts while we were there too. Additional Party Details for All Parties

  • Final balance must be paid 48 hours prior to the party.
  • If we are unable to reach you, card on file will be charged for the balance.
  • The party deposit is non-refundable.
  • Table coverings, plates, cups, utensils, and napkins included.
  • Set–up & clean–up provided.
  • Private party host during private party room time only.
  • For each additional five jumpers the party receives (1) pizza and (1) pitcher of soda or juice. The only outside food allowed is cake or cupcakes. All other food and drinks must be ordered through Epic.
  • Birthday party can be rescheduled for FREE up to three days before the party. The following fees will be applied for those rescheduling less than 72 hours prior; 2 Days prior – $50, 1 Day prior – $100, Day of $150
  • All guests, jumpers and non–jumpers, are REQUIRED to sign a waiver

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, we have both on premises for use.

Decorations cannot be taped to the wall. We do not allow confetti decoration or silly strings. We ask that all balloons must have a weighted base. We do not allow Piñatas. Any violation of these rules is subject to a $100 cleaning fee.

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.

We do not provide the cake, but we provide all paper goods (plates, forks, napkins and tablecloths)

Absolutely! You are welcome to dazzle your party during your allotted time, however, we do not allow objects to be hung on our walls. Upon arrival, decorations must be assembled, and balloons should be inflated with an attached weight.

Yes! We supply all paper goods to include large plates, cake plates napkins, and forks too! Additionally, our party hosts are prepared with cake cutters, and lighters.

All deposits are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your event up to one year from the original booking date. Birthday party can be rescheduled for FREE up to three days before the party.
