Epic Entertainment offers the most exciting FUNdraising nights or events for your school or charity! With so many attractions available, we can be sure to “fuel” your group’s fundraising efforts all while providing entertainment for all ages.

We have 2 options to assist your organization in planning a successful event. Scroll below to learn more about how to raise money while having fun at Epic Entertainment.

Option 1: Sell Epic’s Admission

Our unique FUNdraising discounted admission packages are pre-sold in bundles of 20 to schools, non-profits, PTA, Sports Teams, or other not-for-profit groups interested in raising funds for their organization. You can then sell these to your family and friends at a premium and keep the difference for your organization.

Option 2: Fun Night Out

Want something super fun & easy?…host a Spirit Night at the Park!

Sign up for our FUNdraising nights where your school receives 25% back! Simply call us to reserve a night at the park in your organization’s name. Then invite friends and family to meet you at the park. Everyone that brings the flyer for your event is helping to support your cause! We will give 25% of each ticket sold back to your organization. (Must be at regular priced)

Fill out the Fundraiser Inquiry Form with your availability as we can only accommodate one organization per night. Offer available Mondays to Thursdays only.

Get Your Fundraiser Started in 4 Simple Steps

Step 1: Pick a Date

Spirit Night is only available Monday through Thursday evenings, and will require advance notice. It may be best to consider multiple dates that will work for your group, as we only allow one fundraising group per night.

Note: Only authorized school personnel, PTA/PTO representatives or authorized representative from your organization can officially book events.

Step 2: Contact Us

Submit a request by filling out Fundraiser Inquiry form below. Once your date is confirmed by us, it is yours exclusively and no other organization will have the same date.

Please note the facility will remain open to the general public and all attractions are subject to availability.

Step 3: Promote your Event!

Your job is to spread the word throughout your school, church, or organization.

Create custom flyers you can print and post around your school, classrooms, multipurpose rooms, cafeterias, bulletin boards, employee break rooms, or wherever members of your organization meet and can take a flyer.

Be sure to include organization name, date and time on your flyer!

Step 4: Sit Back & Enjoy the Night!

Epic Entertainment will take care of the fun so you can greet and mingle with your supporters during your FUNdraising event.

The fundraiser supporters will come during the designated time and provide the flyer. They can buy any admission package and 25% of the purchase will be donated back to your organization!

Important Things to Know

Before you get started, here are a few helpful details to ensure a smooth and successful fundraiser:

  • Each fundraiser option may have a minimum number of tickets or attendees required. This helps us deliver the best possible experience for your group.
  • Fundraiser dates are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
  • Customization is Available. Food bundles, merchandise add-ons, or branded experiences can be arranged based on availability.
